ROSTER
EXCHANGE GUIDELINES
The following
Items are needed
-Home Game
Schedule with times and order of play
- Map to your
field
- Football Rosters
for all 3 squads
* (1) in Numeric Order
* (1) in Chronological Order
* Waivers and Waiver Exemptions for all those requiring them on your squads
- MUST have Original Year of waiver attached to all renewals. Not
necessary to include all renewals for subsequent years - just Original and
current one for 2011 season.
- Cheer Rosters
for all 3 squads
* (1) in Chronological Order
* (1) in Alphabetical Order
* Waivers and Waiver Exemptions for all those requiring them on your squads
- MUST have Original Year of waiver attached to all renewals. Not
necessary to include all renewals for subsequent years - Just Original and
current one for 2011 season.
Rosters must have:
-Name
-Address (Street address, City, Zip)
-Birth Date
-League Age (remember this might be different than the age they are today)
-Uniform numbers for football
players
-Weights for football players (remember, they don't all weigh the same)
-Mascots and ball boys
-All Coaches that have valid coaching contracts
-Weigh-masters are optional but it's nice for visiting teams to know who they
are looking for when they come to your field for weigh-in
-CURRENT DATE OF THE ROSTER - remember, you do make revisions to these - make
sure to always have the most current version available.
-ALL
THOSE AUTHORIZED TO BE ON YOUR FIELDS SHOULD BE LISTED SOMEHOW ON THE ROSTER.
Adults need coaching contracts; mascots and ball boys need all the same
paperwork and physicals as league age players.

COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEED HARD
COPY ONLY OF ALL OF THE ABOVE PLUS.....
Copies of all
coaching contracts for all football coaches, cheer coaches, junior coaches.
Remember, Junior Coaches must have a current, valid physical in your files - not
necessary to include the physicals with the Executive Committee paperwork but
keep in mind that it could be requested at any time.
Executive
Committee members should also be provided with a calendar of your planned
practices for the entire season so they know when they can drop by.
