(4) STAMPED envelopes but be handed to the Officials prior to start of games addressed to:

Brian Noe – address in Rule Book

Home Team representative

Visiting Team representative - envelope provided by the Visiting Team

Dick Weiss – address in Rule Book

Sportsmanship Rating Form must be given to the officials by the Home Team.
